If it isn't right, we fix it.
If we can't, full refund. That's the whole promise. Here's how it works in practice.
Land and property orders
- Tell us what's wrong. Reply to your delivery email or write to [email protected] with your order number. A screenshot helps.
- We fix it. Wrong place, a boundary that doesn't match the county record, a broken link, a missing or wrong layer, a typo in your title or gift note: we correct it and send the updated link, usually within 2 business days.
- If we can't fix it, you get a full refund of what you paid, back to the way you paid (Stripe, PayPal or Etsy). Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
- Changed your mind before we start building? Full refund, no questions.
- Late? If we miss the delivery date shown before you paid, you're refunded automatically.
- Approximate boundaries: when public records don't have your parcel, we draw an approximate line and say so. If it's off, send us a survey or plat and we'll redraw it to match.
- Public data limits: a map can only be as current as its public sources (each one is dated on the map). If a source is out of date in a way that matters to you, tell us and we'll see what we can do. If we can't make it right, the refund applies.
Websites with the map built in
We build a free private draft first. Like it? Pay the deposit inside the draft to go live. Don't? You owe nothing. After launch, the same promise applies: if something isn't right, we fix it.
